Why us

Most AI programs stall in the gap between strategy and production. We've worked on both sides of that gap — leading enterprise transformations, advising executives on AI, and building companies of our own.

01

Operators, not just advisors

Between us we've founded three technology companies. We know what it takes to ship, sell, and run a product — not only how to recommend one.

02

Strategy through to cost control

We pair AI strategy and architecture with FinOps-certified cost governance, so every deployment has a forecast, a budget, and a way to prove its value.

03

Enterprise-tested

Our experience spans technology, manufacturing, financial services, insurance, healthcare, and education, including advising Fortune 500 executives.
